When I came back to VCCA in the U.S. for a second artist residency in November 2024, I found an English-English dictionary. What started out as playfully looking up words (I have always had a fascination for words, and have studied English at university, too.), finally resulted in an expansion of my practice: Choosing words, selecting parts of their explanations, and adding words, allowed me to create a parallel narrative, a second voice, to complement my prints.
